Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
We accept returns only for products that arrive defective or non-functional. Eligible defects include:
– SLS nylon 3D-printed parts that arrive structurally damaged
– Power modules that fail to power on upon first use
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Certain items and situations are not eligible for returns:
• Incorrect installation or improper handling:
We do not accept returns for damage caused during installation or removal. This includes broken mounting teeth, stripped alignment features, cracked housings, or any physical damage resulting from improper fitment.
• Wear and tear or misuse:
We are not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear, modification, misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product.
• Damage to surrounding property:
Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of personal property such as electronic devices, wiring, suspension components, or any equipment damaged during installation or use of our products.
• Cosmetic SLS variations:
Minor surface texture variations or cosmetic imperfections inherent to the SLS nylon printing process are normal and are not considered defects.
• Sale items or gift cards:
These cannot be returned.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Goods (Shopify Required Section)
We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable products, or custom/personalized items unless they arrive defective. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective.
To receive a replacement quickly, you may purchase a new item while your return is being reviewed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
